Connecting it yourself is a project most teams do not have the people to take on. Casa Layer does it for you: it matches and merges those fragments across every system, with confidence scoring on each match, so one guest resolves to one Master Profile your whole group can read.

Independent of any one system
The Master Profile sits above your systems rather than inside one of them. Change your CRM or your upsell tool and the resolved record carries on.
Right to erasure
Delete a guest and the Master Profile is erased from Casa Layer, along with the record of the sources it was built from. UK GDPR compliant.
