Company description

Standard boilerplate.

You are welcome to use this description verbatim. Please do not modify the company name or founding details.

Casa Layer is the guest data layer every hospitality agent runs on. The platform unifies a hotel group’s scattered systems (PMS and booking, POS, spa, F&B) into one Master Profile per guest, held apart from all of them, then serves it to any consumer through an open REST API and an MCP server: the team, the CRM, a guest app, and any AI agent. Because Casa Layer owns no application suite, the record is not shaped to suit a product it sells, and a group is live in three weeks rather than six months. Founded in 2024 and based in the United Kingdom, Casa Layer works with hotels whose guest history is split across systems, from independents with high-value returning guests to groups of thirty properties.

Key data points

Figures you can cite.

  • 3

integrations connected today. More are supported on the roadmap, but three is the number in production. Identity resolution with confidence scoring is built, and the Master Profile is served through an open REST API and an MCP server. (Casa Layer figure.)

  • £1m

our own estimate of what it costs a mid-market group to build and maintain this layer in-house. The platform licence is priced against that build, not per seat. (Casa Layer estimate, not an industry benchmark.)

  • 85%

of hospitality operators say they will allocate five per cent or more of their IT budget to AI. Source: Canary Technologies, “Navigating AI: Hospitality Shifts From Exploration to Execution”, 2026.
