What happens to our data if we cancel?
Access ends and every copy is deleted from our systems 30 days after cancellation. Your own systems stay the record throughout, and revoking the credentials you issued closes everything we can reach. Nothing about leaving needs a negotiation.
What is the difference between Connect and Govern?
Whether a machine acts on its own. Connect covers people reading the record: a revenue manager, an analyst or an internal tool queries the Master Profile through an interactive session, one credential per named user, with no BI project in between. Govern adds registered agent integrations, which run without a human in each loop, under their own scoped credential, through the action proxy, with every action logged. Connect is the data platform; Govern is the data platform plus the control plane that makes an autonomous agent safe to point at guest data. Every connection live today reads only, and the write access those controls govern is still being built, granted system by system by you.
Can we start on Connect and move to Govern later?
Yes, and it is not a migration. Govern is the same platform with the control plane added on top, so moving up does not mean reconnecting your systems, rebuilding your profiles or repeating onboarding. Nothing about the record changes.
How is billing calculated?
A flat annual platform licence per property, on an annual term paid annually. Flat means it does not move with usage, seats, guest volume or the number of systems you connect, so there are no surprises mid-term. What sets the number is how many properties you run and which tier you are on.
How does your pricing compare to building this in-house?
Building your own means hiring a data team, months of integration work, and ongoing maintenance to keep it running. The licence gives you the same resolved Master Profile, maintained by us, with a first group live in about three weeks rather than six months.
Are agents included, or priced separately?
You pay for the platform, not per agent. Whether you run agents at all is what separates Connect from Govern; how many you run does not change the price, so nothing here penalises you for putting the record to work. The agents themselves stay a separate, optional decision, and they can be ones we did not build.
